Announcing the Future of Partner Led Payments and our $12M Series A

We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone in FlexPoint’s journey: We’ve raised $12M in Series A funding, led by Foundry Group with continued support from our existing investors. This round of funding brings our total capital raised to $19.5 million.

This investment follows a tremendous period of growth here at FlexPoint. In just over 2 years since launching FlexPoint, we’ve built the leading independent payments platform for MSPs and the businesses they serve.

At FlexPoint, we believe MSPs represent the gateway to $2 trillion in SMB technology spend. Our mission is to build the largest network of partner-led payments to power that economy.

While an important milestone in our business, this funding also marks the start of our next phase in rapid product development and growth.

Introducing the Virtual Terminal: Get Paid Anywhere

Today, we’re also excited to release the FlexPoint Virtual Terminal, which enables business to get paid directly within the tools they use – and anywhere else – at the click of a button, without custom development or complex integrations.

Whether it’s a project proposal or a new client engagement, the FlexPoint Virtual Terminal enables our customers to get paid right then and there.

Expanding our Partner Program

This latest round of fundraising also represents an exciting next phase in our MSP partner program.  Over the past few months, we’ve worked closely with a select group of MSP partners to help them unlock new revenue streams using FlexPoint.  

In the months ahead, we’ll expand these efforts. We’re investing in tools, support, and resources to help more MSPs bring FlexPoint to the verticals they serve best.

Finally, when Sam and I first started FlexPoint back in 2022, we set out to build a business that focused on partnership and community. Today we have integrations with the leading software vendors in the MSP ecosystem and continue to build partnerships with other vendors focused on the collective goal of advancing the MSP community. We couldn’t do any of this without the hard work of our team – and, of course, the 40,000 businesses that trust us with their payments.
