Short answer: No. ConnectBooster does not integrate with HaloPSA.
(Never say never, but the likelihood of Kaseya integrating with such a popular competitor is slim.)
If you’re considering the switch from Autotask or ConnectWise to HaloPSA, that puts you in a tricky spot. Not only do you need worry about migrating all of your PSA data, you also need to shop for a new billing and payments platform.
Thankfully, there’s two pieces of good news in this situation:
- Migrating billing platforms is much, much easier than migrating PSA platforms.
- You have options. Several billing and payments platforms already integrate with HaloPSA, and we’ll walk through the best ones below.
Why doesn't ConnectBooster integrate with HaloPSA?

The simplest (and most likely) explanation comes down to who owns ConnectBooster and where the platform fits within that company's ecosystem.
Kaseya acquired ConnectBooster in 2022 and has since integrated the platform into its broader suite of offerings. When Kaseya announced the completed integration, it specifically highlighted connections with Datto Autotask and Kaseya BMS, positioning ConnectBooster as the billing and collections component of its MSP software ecosystem.
Kaseya now determines ConnectBooster's product roadmap, including which integrations get built and prioritized. HaloPSA is a competing PSA platform outside of the Kaseya ecosystem, so building deeper connectivity with Halo may simply not carry the same strategic priority as integrations that strengthen Kaseya's own products, even if MSP owners may have an increasing interest in moving to Halo.
It’s important to note that Kaseya has not publicly stated that this is why ConnectBooster doesn't support HaloPSA.
So, ultimately, who’s to say whether we will or won’t see an integration in the future.
Native HaloPSA integrations for billing & accounts receivable
Several platforms can connect directly with HaloPSA, but they solve very different problems.
Some are primarily payment processors. Others add collections functionality. A smaller number are designed to handle a broader billing and accounts receivable workflow around the PSA.
Here are the three platforms that integrate natively with HaloPSA worth considering:
1. FlexPoint

Verdict: Best suited to MSPs that want HaloPSA connected to a broader billing, payments, and AR workflow rather than payments alone.
FlexPoint's HaloPSA integration connects directly to HaloPSA.
Once connected, invoices and payment updates sync between HaloPSA and FlexPoint. MSPs can create and send invoices from HaloPSA, automatically include payment links, process the resulting payments through FlexPoint, and see real-time payment status in either system.
Halo also lists FlexPoint in its own integration directory and describes the integration as supporting client imports, HaloPSA invoice PDFs, portal-user management, and AutoPay criteria based on HaloPSA agreements and contracts.
Beyond that connection, FlexPoint was built specifically for MSP billing and AR. Its current integration ecosystem includes HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Autotask, and SuperOps, alongside accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
That gives an MSP changing PSAs more flexibility to change the PSA (or accounting system) without needing to change the payments platform again.
FlexPoint also offers:
- Included Same-Day ACH, with an included allowance across current plans
- Included AR Agents that autonomously monitor overdue invoices and handle routine follow-up
- Automated deposit reconciliation (not simply marking an invoice as paid)
- No ACH transaction limits
- A branded payment portal that can live on the MSP's own domain
- Credit card surcharging where permitted
- FlexLine financing up to 12 months for eligible purchases
- PCI compliance included
- Automated client onboarding and AutoPay functionality
Automated deposit reconciliation is especially valuable in a multi-system HaloPSA environment. FlexPoint automatically matches deposits back to the invoices and payments that created them, while keeping that information aligned across connected accounting systems.
The result is a clean handoff from invoice to payment to bank deposit, without leaving your team to piece together where the money came from or manually reconcile it later.
FlexPoint is also independently founder-owned rather than owned by a PSA provider, which means its roadmap and features is determined by the needs of the MSPs it serves, not by any particular vendor.
2. GoCardless

Verdict: A useful HaloPSA payment integration for MSPs focused primarily on bank payments, but not a replacement for a complete billing and AR platform.
HaloPSA offers a direct integration with GoCardless, a payment platform that specializes in collecting one-time and recurring payments directly from customers' bank accounts.
According to Halo's current documentation, the integration can import GoCardless customers into HaloPSA, map custom fields, and synchronize payment statuses between the two systems. That allows an MSP to see relevant payment activity reflected in HaloPSA without manually updating every invoice or customer record.
There is an important limitation, though: Halo says its GoCardless integration does not currently support processing the payment itself inside HaloPSA. In other words, the integration helps keep payment information connected, while GoCardless remains the system actually handling the bank payment.
GoCardless also isn't designed to replace the broader MSP billing and AR workflow around those transactions.
So, if you're already happy with the rest of your billing stack and primarily need to collect bank payments while keeping their status visible in HaloPSA, GoCardless may cover exactly what you need.
But if you're replacing ConnectBooster's broader role across payments and collections, you'll need to account for the pieces GoCardless doesn't replace, such as autonomous collections, deposit reconciliation, client financing, and other MSP-specific AR workflows.
3. Stripe

Verdict: Strong payment infrastructure with a native HaloPSA integration, but still primarily a payment processor rather than an MSP AR platform.
You’re likely already familiar with Stripe. It’s one of the biggest names in online payments, and HaloPSA lists Stripe as a native integration.
The integration allows MSPs to process payments through Stripe directly from HaloPSA. Halo can also receive Stripe payment updates through webhooks, including when a payment succeeds, fails, is still processing, is canceled, or requires additional action. That gives your team better visibility into what's happening with a payment without having to manually carry its status back into HaloPSA.
But replacing ConnectBooster with Stripe isn't exactly a one-for-one swap either.
Similar to GoCardless, Stripe is payment infrastructure built for businesses across industries. Halo provides the MSP-specific connection here; Stripe itself isn't an MSP billing and AR platform built around PSA workflows.
So, if your goal is simply to accept payments through HaloPSA using a proven processor, Stripe may be all you need.
But if you're looking to replace the broader role ConnectBooster played in your billing and collections process, look beyond whether Stripe can process the payment. You'll also need to account for collections, reconciliation, financing, reporting, and the overall client payment experience.
Third-Party HaloPSA integrations for payments and AR
Native HaloPSA integrations should be the priority, especially when billing and AR data need to stay aligned across your PSA and accounting system.
Third-party integrations can still connect a platform to HaloPSA, but the connection is built and maintained outside of Halo. That adds another dependency to a workflow where missed or delayed data can mean manual reconciliation for your team.
If you're considering a third-party option anyway, two you're likely to encounter are Alternative Payments and BenjiPays.
Alternative Payments

Verdict: A capable B2B AR platform with a non-native HaloPSA integration, but with limitations around funding speed and reconciliation.
Alternative Payments connects to HaloPSA through an integration it builds and maintains using Halo's API.
It can sync customers, invoices, contracts, and payments, while also supporting AutoPay, collections automation, reporting, and client financing. For MSPs replacing ConnectBooster, however, the biggest tradeoffs are what happens outside the invoice itself: faster payouts cost extra, financing is limited to 150 days, and the integration does not automate deposit reconciliation back to HaloPSA.
Pros
- Syncs customers, invoices, contracts, and payments with HaloPSA
- AutoPay and collections automation
- Reporting and analytics
- Client financing
- White-label client portal
Cons
- Non-native HaloPSA integration
- Faster payouts are an additional-cost feature, rather than included Same-Day ACH
- No automated deposit reconciliation
- Financing limited to 150 days
- Manual data fetches are rate-limited: “Fetch New Data” once per hour and “Fetch Unpaid Invoices” once every 12 hours
BenjiPays

Verdict: A third-party HaloPSA payments integration with useful flexibility, but a more general-purpose platform with plan and workflow limitations MSPs should consider.
Halo classifies BenjiPays' HaloPSA integration as Third-Party, meaning BenjiPays builds and maintains the connection. The integration connects Halo invoices to supported payment processors and includes functionality such as Pay Now links, invoice PDFs, SSO, portal embedding, and accounting synchronization. However, BenjiPays is a general-purpose payments and AR platform rather than an MSP-specific solution, and some relevant functionality depends on the plan you choose.
Pros
- HaloPSA payment integration with portal and SSO functionality
- Auto Processing and automated invoice follow-up
- Supports existing merchant relationships
- Installment payment options
Cons
- Third-party rather than native HaloPSA integration
- PSA integrations and HaloPSA SSO require Advanced or higher
- Standard and Advanced plans include only 100 approved transactions/month, with additional transactions charged separately
- No Same-Day ACH
- No comparable upfront client financing
- No automated deposit reconciliation

Choosing a HaloPSA billing integration when leaving ConnectBooster
Moving from Autotask or ConnectWise to HaloPSA is already a big enough project, your billing workflow doesn't need to become another one.
If you're used to running ConnectBooster alongside ConnectWise or Autotask, that connection doesn't come with you when you move to HaloPSA. You can keep ConnectBooster through an indirect workaround, but that means adding a connector, routing data through another system, or even giving up the PSA and managing that manually.
That's why native integration should be a priority when choosing what replaces it. Every extra system between your PSA and billing platform is another place for data to lag, fail to sync, or create extra work (plus potentially another tool and bill to manage).
But native doesn't automatically mean complete.
Stripe and GoCardless, for example, do connect directly with HaloPSA and can be suitable if your only need is payment processing. But if ConnectBooster currently handles AutoPay, collections, invoice synchronization, your client payment experience, and reconciliation, replacing it with a payment processor alone leaves some pretty big gaps.
A payment integration answers: Can my client pay this HaloPSA invoice?
An end-to-end AR integration answers: What happens before, during, and after they pay?
FlexPoint is the only native HaloPSA integration built to manage that end-to-end AR workflow for MSPs.
If you're moving to HaloPSA because you've outgrown your old stack, don't bring the old limitations with you.
No, there is currently no direct ConnectBooster and HaloPSA integration available. ConnectBooster supports Autotask and ConnectWise PSA integrations. MSPs moving to HaloPSA should evaluate another payment or AR integration rather than assuming their existing ConnectBooster workflow will carry over.
According to HaloPSA’s website, current native HaloPSA payment integrations include FlexPoint, Stripe, and GoCardless. There are non-native, or third-party, integrations available with other vendors. But only three billing tools are categorized as “native”.
No. QuickBooks Payments does not directly integrate with HaloPSA. HaloPSA does integrate with QuickBooks for accounting workflows, but that's different from a direct payment or AR integration. MSPs using QuickBooks Payments therefore rely on their QuickBooks accounting setup to connect payment information back to HaloPSA.
