5. Copy/save that link – you’ll be using it shortly!

Step 2: Add the Payment Link to a ConnectWise CPQ Template

Now it’s time to easily as the payment terminal link to your ConnectWise CPQ templates and emails.  

1. Sign in to your CW CPQ dashboard
2. Head over to Settings > Document Branding > Order Porter Templates > Select the applicable template > Duplicate Group > Duplicate
3. Find the template you’d like to edit and click the pencil icon next to EntryPoint
4. Search for “Order Approve” by using Control+F (Windows) or Command+F (Mac).  
5. Insert the following code into the email template:

Simply replace [paymentlink] with that payment terminal link you copied earlier. Make sure to include the entire url!
