CloudRadial and FlexPoint Integration
How does the FlexPoint + CloudRadial integration work?
CloudRadial connects to FlexPoint through a one-time API key exchange. Once connected, clients see an Open Payment Portal button on their CloudRadial Account > Invoices page. Clicking it single sign-on's them straight into FlexPoint, already authenticated.
What does the FlexPoint and CloudRadial integration do?
It removes the extra login step between your client portal and getting paid. Clients get one click to reach their invoices, and you get to display the invoices you want directly in the CloudRadial portal for 24/7 visibility.
What do I need to set up the CloudRadial integration?
You need an API key generated from your FlexPoint account and entered into CloudRadial. Once the connection is secured, it stays active until the key is deactivated on either side.
