While hunting for a new payment solution, Compunet needed to preserve its existing systems
When Compunet’s previous payment solution was acquired by a company that began altering the provider’s offering, Compunet President Michael Leonard says their working relationship quickly became more complex. So, his company started searching for a new solution.
Most alternatives on the market would’ve forced them to change existing structures and workflows, but they hoped to avoid that frustration. The ideal solution would improve upon their previous systems but not force a complete overhaul of internal workflows.
