Meet Meg, our Community Engagement Manager

My name is Meg Berberich, and I’m a Community and Partner Success Manager here at FlexPoint. I live in Northern Kentucky and split my time between all things social. I spend my  time with friends & family, playing recreational sports, and exploring new restaurants!

What is the most rewarding part of your role?

The most rewarding part of my role is enabling the long-term success of our current and future partners. I’m also lucky enough to meet our MSP community in person at events, build real relationships, and share education that helps MSPs run more efficiently...both inside and outside the FlexPoint platform.

How long have you been here?

I’ve been at FlexPoint 8 months.

What does a work day look like for you?

My workday usually revolves around supporting our partners. Anything including onboarding, one-on-one training, troubleshooting, refining processes, and building out educational materials. I wear a lot of hats at FlexPoint: customer success, support, enablement, content, events, and relationship-building, so no two days look the same, which is honestly my favorite part.

What’s your favorite part of working at FlexPoint?

Nothing beats meeting the MSP community face-to-face. Whether that’s in a boardroom, on an event floor, or over a random hallway conversation. Those relationships and moments of connection matter. A close second is helping our partners grow and seeing the long-term impact of that work.

What’s something you’ve learned at FlexPoint?

FlexPoint taught me: “Be curious about what you don’t know.” FlexPoint moves fast and the team here is incredibly smart. Staying curious is the key to learning from them and pushing yourself to grow in the process.

What are you most proud of?

I’m most proud of the meaningful impact FlexPoint is making across the MSP community. Whether it’s through events, boardroom discussions, or one-on-one conversations, it’s clear when something we share, and something we’re all truly passionate about, resonates and helps a partner solve a long-standing challenge. We’re more than features. Seeing MSPs gain clarity, streamline their back office, strengthen their cash flow, and save time, reinforces the value of what we’re building. The results speak for themselves, and it’s rewarding to be part of that.

What are hobbies or initiatives you are dedicated to?

At the risk of sounding cliché, I really do love community—both in and out of work. Outside of FlexPoint, that shows through genuine connections. Maybe it’s community sports leagues, event planning, or anything else that brings people together. When it comes to FlexPoint, it’s all about building our educational engine and strengthening the partner community through content, resources, and real connections.

Some of your favorite things?

Favorite Food: Pasta. Always pasta.

Favorite Destination: The U.S. and British Virgin Islands... my happy place(s).

Favorite Movie: Notting Hill. I, too, enjoy pretending my life is a charming British rom-com.

Favorite Book: Probably on a beach somewhere without me.
