Challenge IT Vortex didn’t want clients saddled with exorbitant processing fees When IT Vortex used PayPal for payments, Ericka Montano , IT Vortex’s Bookkeeper and Office Manager, said she had to manually attach invoices, send out links, and chase down payments. For each payment, she also had to ensure that the attached QR code was functional. These tasks consumed at least five hours of her time per month.
